New to Hockey ages 7-8

First time registration steps:

1. Click and complete this New Player Form  new_player_registration_form_rev. 
2. Scan and email the following to the Registrar so your child's registration can be processed: 
   1. the completed the New Player form
   2. a copy of the child's birth certificate
   3. a tax or utility bill showing your home address
3. Click on the Register button below to register your child.
