Travel permit applications are expected to take up to 72 hours to process once the Pelham Minor Hockey Association inputs the information. PMHA may also require 48-72 hours to input the information into the online database with the OMHA.

Submissions cannot be made to the OMHA for approval until all of the required information has been provided to the PMHA Registrar so that the Registrar may complete the online application form on behalf of the team.

Your permit may be denied or withheld should information or processing errors or team payment issues exist.
