New to Hockey 9yrs old + (Pelham Minor Hockey Association)

9 Years Old and Older

• If you are unsure of your child’s level of hockey or skating skill will match their age division please email the Registrar to discuss the best course of selection. Please include the child first and last name, full date of birth, skating skills and or clinics/camps or programs attended.

• The participant must be manually entered, please click here to complete a questionnaire that will be emailed to the PMHA Registrar for your child to be registered with Hockey Canada.

• Email the Registrar   the following:

1.  A copy of your child's birth certificate and
2.  A tax or utility bill showing your home address (you may black out any account or private information).

• The Registrar will input your child’s information into Hockey Canada and then will email you your child’s Hockey Canada ID #.

• Once you receive the ID# from the registrar please

When you have finished registering with Hockey Canada complete the MANDITORY Respect in Sport – Parent version (click link) if you have not previously completed this for hockey.  You will need to create an account IF you do not yet have an account.
