U11 HL 7, U11, 2020-2021 (Pelham Minor Hockey Association)

Merry Christmas to all on Team U11 HL7. As most of you are aware the government of Ontario has put the province in a Grey Lockdown as of Boxing Day. Because of this all recreational sports must be suspended. Once we have further information from the government we will forward on to you. Wishing you and your family a merry Christmas and a happy new year and we hope to see you at the rink very soon.

In Hockey, skating is the most important aspect of the game.

I just got off the phone with the Toronto Maple Leaf's. They have requested that I send a video of Hayden to them. Leaf's President Brendan Shanahan said "that since we have not won the Stanley Cup since 1967 they needed a Goalie like Hayden to fulfill their dream". Hayden played an awesome game today and is why we made him the star of the game. There was nothing that could get past him. Hayden's inaugural year between the pipes has been stellar. The Pelham Panthers AtoMc Team 7 Year has Begun. The first game had Ethan Parkinson skating around players like Bobby Orr. Ethan scored a couple of big goals and all you could see is a streak of brown hair flowing in wind as he skated from one end to the other. Ethan had a great game and not only did he score but he was setting up plays for his teammates as well. Ethan has come a long way over the last 3 years that I have coached him. One of the wittiest kids you know. Keep up the great work Ethan.
