Novice LL 1, 2018-19 (Pelham Minor Hockey Association)

Congratulations LL#1 These kids have been an inspiration to all of us. They never let the loses get them down and they handled the wins with real sportsmanship. When one player was down there was always a couple of players to bring the spirits up. We laughed, danced, partied and were solidified as a team throughout the year and it is all because of these hard working players.

The Novice LL1 Team would like to thank Frank Sicoli and Shoppers Drug Mart, Fonthill for his sponsorship this year to our team. Well it was the last game of the regular season and nobody made more of an impression that Nathan "GOJJJJ" Gojmeric. Nathan skated his heart out to make sure he was not only on the puck but had an opportunity to take shots at their net as well. His one shot on net from nearly the point almost had him a goal. Nathan is the gentle Giant on the team and always has great things to say about everyone and everything. Your positive, kind nature is appreciated and we need more in the world like you Nathan. Keep up the great work and don't stop moving those feet.

One player on our team has come along way and that is Maggie Law. In todays game she was exactly where she needed to be. Either in front of their net or hustling back to help out on defense she was a force to be reckoned with. Her determination this year to be a better player has really shown and we are so proud of her. Keep up the great work and stay determined you will succeed in everything you do.

Royce played awesome today. This game saw us play the other Pelham team and Royce came out with his game face for the pride of Pelham. Royce notched his belt tonight with his first goal of the season. Skating both up and down the ice he helped us to a 7-5 victory. Royce keep moving those legs and get to the net and you will have a lot more notches in your belt. Great game and keep up the good work.
