Novice Rep, U8, 2016-17 (Pelham Minor Hockey Association)

This past weekend the Kirkpatrick Stoneworks Novice Rep BB team took part in the Beaverloch Tournament in Thorold.  They managed to win a tight game against the Petrolia Oilers 5-4 to start the tournament.  The boys struggled in game two losing to Twin Centre 5 -4.  Later that day, the team was highly motivated by the return of defenseman Josh Dunn and put in a dominating performance beating Belmont 5-1.

Pelham Panthers Novice Rep beat the Oro Thunder 5-4 in dramatic fashion Sunday afternoon to capture the championship at the Oro Thunder Early Bird Tournament. Ryan Higgins buried a pass from Cory Fraraccio with 51 seconds left in the third to break the tie.  The Panthers then held off the Thunder with some amazing team defense to secure the win. Congratulations to all the boys on a job well done!
