In tough against the Garden City Warriors
The Panthers meet the Garden City warriors for the 1st time
Again, the Pelham team seemed to come out a little slow. The 1st 3 shifts were very up tempo and the Panthers felt the pressure from the puck drop. The Warriors came to play as they continued to dominate the play and went up 3-0 in the 1st. The home team boys skated with them in the 2nd and managed to score with efforts from Ethen Engel, with help from Connor Eller and Jake Stevenson. The 3rd period proved to be too much for the Panthers as they fell 7-1 by the final buzzer. Notable effort from the Pelham Goalie Owen Nicholls in keeping the game competitive
