Collingwood Huronia Tournament Champions
The Pelham Panthers won the Huronia Tournament Peewee Championship held the weekend of Oct 17-19 in Collingwood Ontario.
After a 4 game round robin format, the Panthers compiled enough points to reach the finals against the
Richmond Hill Stars. Pelham and Richmond Hill tied 2-2 in their round robin game. This was a very close game with Richmond Hill scoring late in the 3rd period to tie the game.
The finals against Richmond Hill was another close affair with the Panthers prevailing 2-1. A great team effort from start to finish and overall a fantastic weekend of hockey.
