📝 Bench Staff Forms – New Requirement

If you’ve accepted a Bench Staff position (thank you and welcome aboard!), please submit the required forms to our Registrar. These forms are now mandatory in order to transfer and officially roster all bench staff—yes, even you with the perfectly timed line changes.

Team Official Commitment Form:  Offical_Commitment_Form.pdf

Minor Hockey Coach Release Form (only needed if coming from another hockey association): Permission_to_Coach_at_another_Association.pdf

When submitting, be sure to include:

• Your team name

• Your bench position (Coach, Assistant Coach, Trainer, etc.)
