To apply, please complete the application form before June 30.


NOTE! To avoid delays getting started this season, be sure to: 

1. Check that you all your required certifications are still valid. You can do that at the Hockey Canada Registry.

2. Ensure you have a valid Police Vulnerable Sector check.
