PMHA AGM Announced for Monday, May 15
Pelham Minor Hockey Association will hold its Annual General Meeting at 6:30pm on May 15 at the MCC. The meeting is open to all PMHA members in good standing. Agenda:

i) Receipt of the Agenda

ii) Approval of Minutes of Last Annual Meeting & Subsequent Special Meetings;

iii) President’s Report

iv) Treasurer’s Report - Receiving and approving the annual financial statements and the report of the auditor of the previous year

v) Vice President and Directors Reports

vi) Any special announcements, planned activities etc.

vii) Election of new Board of Directors of the Association
