Important: Changes to COVID vaccine passport requirements
Just a heads up to all PMHA members that some municipalities around Niagara are starting to require the new enhanced vaccine certificates with QR codes for entry into arenas. The Town of Pelham has confirmed that it may eventually require a QR code for entry into the Meridian Centre.

To avoid being turned away, you can request a copy of the enhanced vaccine certificate with QR Code here:
https://covid-19.ontario.ca/get-proof/

Some Town of Pelham facilities are also offering assistance with obtaining the QR code.
