The Pelham Minor Hockey Association is extremely pleased and excited to announce that we will be hosting a brand new Silver Stick Tournament starting this season!
This will be a Regional Qualifier for House/Local League teams from Atom to Midget age categories. The winner of the tournament will gain a spot in the International Silver Stick HL/LL Finals Tournament held in January, where teams from across North American come to participate in this annual event.
The International Silver Stick HL/LL Niagara Regional Tournament will take place on November 23-25, 2018.
Almost all of the tournament games will be played in the new Meridian Community Centre scheduled to open next month in Pelham!
We will be able to utilize both the Accipiter Radar Rink 1 pad, and the Duliban Insurance Rink 2 pad for tournament games throughout the entire weekend!
Since this is a new tournament, we will be running a 6 team division per age group for our annual event. We will look towards expanding our tournament in the future to include more teams.
