REMINDER NOVEMBER 25 - Hallways to be Kept Clear at the Pelham Arena
Submitted By PMHA Admin on Sat 11 25, 17
PMHA Panthers Community....please review this friendly reminder.

We only have one more season in the old barn before we move over to our new facility.

However....Players and coaching staff are the only people who should be in the hallways and dressing rooms at the Pelham Arena.

Please read the included article for further details regarding the Arena Policy in Pelham.

continued...

Parents/siblings/family & friends are to remain in the lobby area, and not in the dressing room or hallway area.

Any parents & family that are in the hallways will be reminded that they are to move to the lobby areas by Arena staff, Team coaches or PMHA executive.

** At the PreNovice age group, it is understandable that parents wishing to escort their child to the dressing room and pick up child following the practice/games may do so, but an expeditious exit from the area is expected. Please restrict this to one person per player.

At Novice and above, all players should be left in the care of the coaches and staff upon arrival.

It is up to the coach to decide if they wish to have their staff or the parent tie the skates for any player requiring assistance when called to do so by the Head Coach.

ALL Parents must exit the dressing room and hallway immediately after tying skates.

Parents are not to wait in the hallway at any time.

When practice /games have ended, the parents are to wait in the lobby area.

No one should be standing outside dressing room doors prior to and following games other than staff.  People need to understand that they need to move to the lobby. You need to leave the hallway. You do not need to be in the hallway or dressing room.

Children not participating in the hockey game should also NOT BE PLAYING OR SOCIALIZING in the hallway and dressing room area, or anywhere on the west side of the arena complex.  Parents are responsible to supervise their children while at the Pelham Arena.

Children are also not permitted to be on the player's bench during PMHA activities.

It is extremely important that all coaches adhere to the two deep supervision requirements in the dressing room at all times. Coaches are to remain in the dressing room area or at the door way to the dressing room.

Everyone’s co-operation in this matter is much appreciated.

Thank you
