Pelham's New Community Centre
Submitted By PMHA on Tuesday, April 26, 2016

On April 25th 2016, by a vote of 5-2, the Pelham Town Council approved the motion to proceed with the new Pelham Community Centre to be located in Fonthill, Ontario.

Pelham will have a new community hub with two new ice pads, 2 basketball courts, a walking track, numerous community rooms/spaces, and just generally be a place for the citizens of Pelham to meet, greet and play for decades to come!

Pelham Minor Hockey, which will be entering its 50th season of providing minor hockey to the youth of this community this year, will obviously be a primary tenant in the building, and the PMHA will have a new home to continue to provide and EXPAND our programming . The PMHA membership should be very excited at the potential of being in our new home in two hockey seasons!

If anyone is interested in viewing the meeting from last night, it is on YouTube, and will be on Cogeco this evening.
