Revised PMHA Constitution now posted
On March 6, 2016, the PMHA was able to hold a Special meeting of the members to address the change request put forth by the PMHA Board regarding the current PMHA By-laws.

There were numerous sections and segments struck out, and replaced with the new "Section 23" documentation - as was outlined in the documentation provided to our members in advance of the meeting.

The PMHA had quorum at the meeting and the motion was passed by our members.

If you would like to review the Constitution and By-laws, the revised version has now been posted in their regular location under the main menu item entitled "About PMHA", and are now including the March 6, 2016 approved amendments.
