Defending 1 on 1, Stopping breakaways
Coach Jeremy gives tips for defending 1 on 1 through the neutral zone.

Watch as he:
1. Gives the attacker their blueline. He moves back and meets the player at centre ice. He keeps moving back until the attacker loses the puck or is directed into the corner.
2. Keeps the player out of the danger zone by steering them into the boards.
3. Skates backward until the player is close, then pivots to move them into the boards.
